Best service I had so far would recommend
As always service at MBWC was outstanding. Always polite, always respectful, always helpful, customer service is top notch. Working with Andrew is always a pleasure.
Very knowledgeable Provided loaner car while my car was serviced
Tony is a great salesman. I would buy another car from Tony. The people there are pretty good, even for a car store. The M-B cars are out of this world best cars made in all of the planet.
Had whole car checked over with no issues. Have scheduled another appointment before my vacation in October.
The customer service provided by Andrew in West Chester was EXCELLENT! He kept me informed and comfortable. He is always Kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is the reason I pass other dealerships to go to the one in West Chester because I know my customer experience will be fantastic. Also, the dealership mechanics do a great job!
Professionalism! I'm not mechanically inclined and I'm blonde. After service, I leave with great understanding. My car is 10 years old and purrs like a kitten.
timely service. no hassle at all.
Very good service my car was ready sooner than expected
