Outstanding I had the pleasure of dealing with Alicia for my purchase. I loved my current vehicle but the Mercedes GLC300 caught my eye. Top Notch Experience I walked into the dealership looking for a specific car they did not have. Within minutes they provided me some options, reached into other dealers across the area and allowed me to make my own decisions. Rick Williams drove across town the following week to bring a prospective car to the dealer for me to test drive. I didn't like the red top (tough customer here) so they gave me another option. Two weeks later I'm in the car I wanted and LOVE it! Exceptional dealership! Don't buy a MB anywhere else!
First Class Dealership and Staff Buying a car is not something that I always look forward to. I feel like I'm a piece of meat walking into a den of Tigers. Not at Mercedes of West Chester though. Buying there is very fun, comfortable, and welcoming. I didn't get a high pressure sales pitch from a guy in a cheap suit like I was used to from other dealerships. Great Dealership The dealership is very nice. Mercedes Benz of West Chester was without a doubt the best experience. They answer my questions promptly and quickly, not like the Audi dealership that does not want to answer any questions. Would recommend this dealership to other people.
Appreciation of Mr. Jurgens' assistance Mr.Jurgens gave a good briefing on features of GLE350, his background as a former instructor pilot might have contributed to his unique ability. His formal appearance was very impressive. Mr. Jurgens was friendly and helpful. He delivered the GLE350 to my residence 27 miles away.
