The staff, Frannie and Prescott, always accessable. Helpfull in every aspect. When the buying and or building process is over you don't feel forgotten. Any little issue that arises in new construction after move-in is always handled quickly by Prescott. How one person can keep so much straight with so many new builds is beyond me!!! Prescott is truly a godsend to Meritage and I hope they realize that.
The whole process was thoroughly smooth and enjoyable compared to many stories from friends who have built. We bought this house very unexpectedly. Saw the sign on Florence and spent an hour with Frannie and was sold on everything. Probably learning first and foremost the quality and reputation she educated us with. Rita Gordon was absolutely wonderful. She was the reason I felt comfortable buying from Meritage. She is easily accessible- even after the close of the home. She should be the model for success. She was very personable and knowledge. Jordan Young was great in getting our home ready to move-in. After move-in, he closed any items very timely.

Quality build. Organized electric and HVAC in basement. Great floor plan.
