Your staff. Bryan was great but left before we closed because of another job offer. What shocked us was that Laurie stepped in without getting credit for the sale and bent over backward to take care of us even though we really were not her responsibility. Between her efforts and Jesse's we felt like we were appreciated as people and customers. Quality, size, and design features of home at a good price point is great. Our builder, Wade Walker, has been so great to work with as he genuinely cares about us being satisfied with our home. Our Sales person, Kristina Vincenty, make the overall buying process a pleasant one even following up to check on us after we closed on the house.
