Hands down Diana Wilson (sales agent), Karneisha (design center), and Travis Conway (construction manager) are the entire reasons that we were sold and stuck with Meritage. Diana made us feel safe, welcomed, and gave us the time, patience, and knowledge that first time home buyers need. We kept in touch throughout the whole process and worked together through changes that we wanted to make even halfway through construction. Quality, Service, Location, Amenties, and design of home.
Frannie Metcalfe and Prescott Norman are, without a doubt, two of the BEST in the business. Whatever Meritage pays them, isn't enough. While the Meritage home is designed and constructed well, it was Frannie and Prescott that sold the home. If it would have been an average Jane and John Doe in the office, we probably never would have purchased the home. Also, kudos to the Design Center's staff. Great floor plan for the money
Meritage created a great home by offering high quality materials in their basic package. The houses are very well built and as previously mentioned, with high quality materials.
During the process the sales team, Derek and Casey did a great job keeping me informed and answering any questions. Chad in construction has been really great getting all my concerns taken care of, scheduling etc. He is a contact in my phone and always answers my calls! Frank in construction made the walk thru a very pleasant experience, taking care of all my concerns and not ever making an excuse of why not to fix something. That is very appreciated!
