What I like most about my home is the large windows in every room. My kitchen total rocks. I REALLY like the walk in pantry. Because of its size, I have placed most of my pots/pans and bake ware in it. Just as an FYI, women hate bending/stooping looking in the low, dark cabinets looking for pots/pans. I like the large laundry room too. My home is located in a community that invites family living.

I have a lot of experience in the new home industry and I have to say that this Sales/Construction team are by far the best I've ever worked with! I regularly recommend the community and builder to others looking for a new home.

It was really nice that the design center had beautiful designed packages, it made really easy our process. We love how everything looks in our house, and the outstanding quality. We love the neighborhood layout, even though is a small neighborhood there is big green spaces, lakes, and a beautiful community center.
The service has been excellent. My realtor Tyler knew we were in good hands when he saw Alan at the orientation since he has worked with him in other communities and knows how detailed oriented he is.
Beautiful interior. Mortgage lender Bryan Bryant was very helpful and caring during the whole process. Jessie Johnson was also helpful with any questions I had.
Very easy to work with staff and possesses. The energy efficiency of the home. Floor plan options. Design options are very many for great customization of the house. The opportunity to visit and check up on the construction of the home from start to finish.
