Our sales person was excellent, was very responsive to questions even after hours. Todd the construction manager was also very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time explaining the home to us and answering questions. He also corrected any issues we had in a prompt manner. Todd also went the extra mile in removing a skunk from our attic during the construction process. He took the time to research the right technique and remove the animal without adverse consequences. Everything went great.. Wish had garage little bigger wish I did not had fire hydrant in front of my house
We love how efficient the house is with the high ceilings throughout. Alan and Careena did a exceptional job explaining everything about the house and are always available if we have a problem or question about something. I found a few small issues with the house right after we moved in and Alan had them all corrected the next day.
Home fits us perfectly, service was impeccable!!!
