Our builder rep Logan Vela was just amazing and made sure he was available as got things done in a timely manner. Tom Meritage sales always answers within 24 hours.
Energy efficiency and it seems solid construction. Time will tell.

Everything! The construction manager was extremely attentive and made sure that everything we needed we got. He was always available for us to ask questions and allowed us to voice our concerns.
The efficiency and WiFi features. Also loved the service provided by Mauricio and Jason in providing details about our home.
Our last construction manager Jesse, he tried really hard to right the wrongs, was flexible in things we wanted, and worked with us to fix things as best he could. We still have some outstanding items but I believe that Jesse will get them handled.
The construction manager was helpful and considered all our problems. I appreciated the way he interacted with us and took care of all our issues.
The great response from John Roe always answered promptly and efficiently. Thats awesome!! Great service.
