The sales team and construction supervisor have been very responsive and kind to us during every step of the process. We do like the solid construction and energy efficiency aspects of the home. We love the lake and fountain view and the array of birds and wild life that we get to see every day.

Out sales consultant, Carolyn Weber was very nice and helpful in the process. Also, I thought the MTH Mortgage consultant, Tim Heck did an excellent job. He really stayed on top of thing and kept me moving forward in the process. I couldn't have done it without his help.
We had an amazing experience. From the first time we met Shawn we knew we'd be buying a home from him. Then during the construction process things only got better. AJ was a pleasure to work with. He was great during the build process and has also been there for us after closing as well. We love our new home.

The service was excellent, all of our contacts through Meritage were available all the time to answer questions, they reached out regularly throughout the entire process and were incredibly professional, courteous and supportive. We had some issues in the sale of our previous home because the buyers had issues closing and Meritage was extremely helpful in getting that worked out with us. Great experience overall.
