Me and Wife visited 2 months before we purchased home in Gallatin and we mentioned to Vicki that we were looking for Ranch Model. She said they have it . But due to our personal issues we left and came back after 2 months , Woww Vicki still remembers us. She immediately said you were looking for a Ranch and i have one available. The home's layout was idea for our family needs and the sales and construction staff were very informative and made sure they provided excellent customer service all the way to the last punch list item.

I liked everything about my experience with Meritage Homes
he staff members we encountered were very friendly and easy to work with, and I was pleasantly surprised about how painless the mortgage process was compared to past experiences (purchase/refi). The thing that really drew us to the home was the floor plan (Chastain) - number of bedrooms (5), number of full bathrooms (4, 2 en suite), and a full bathroom on the bottom floor suitable for older parents if needed down the road.
