Everyone we have dealt with at Meritage has been very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Heather in the office is so kind and helpful, Alan the super has been so helpful and quick to resolve any issues we have had, and Tracy is just about the friendliest guy around and you can tell he works hard to do a great job. We bought a move-in ready home so the process was truly quick, easy, and efficient from the beginning. Would highly recommend Meritage to anyone.
Layout and modern design as well as modern new and included appliances.
Loved how all the team worked to together as a whole. Peg, Keith, Bryan, Tracee and everyone else did a fabulous job. I am a realtor as well and I recommend all my clients to Meritage who are looking for a home!
Timelines, communication and attention to detail.
The builder (Brian Mitchell) was what we liked the most. The regional building manager (Rhett) was amazing and the design center interior designer (Mickelle) was also awesome - they were both bery patient and would go an extra mile to help us with the bad experience we had. Although they were great, Brian Mitchell was a star. He was assigned to manage the construction in the middle of the project after the previous manager was fired/quit and the house was delayed. Wade was a life-saver. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and settled into the new home. After I moved in there was a furnace failure, Wade had a technician come that same day to fix the issue. The house was dropping below 40 degrees and getting colder. On top of that, he has been very informative and helpful with this entire process.
Our sale rep Shenell Dawson was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful to us as we were relocating from MD. She even drove to Buckhead on her day off to collect our earnest check bc we were unable to get to the sales office. Our construction Mgr Corey has been really great to work with. We purchased a ready move in home that he did not oversee the original construction. We needed to move in quickly and he did his best to get the home ready for us. My home is perfect i love it beautiful, and their service is excellent their all very friendly and helpful. Where homeless for 2 months and they help me to get my my house. so thankful and so blessed to have my home.
