It was the best home buying experience I have ever had.
The people. Shannon was amazing, very friendly, efficient and we enjoyed working with her. Jeffrey was always available to answer questions and the closing went very smoothly. It has been a pleasure working with Will, he is extremely responsive and takes the time to explain things and ensure you are happy. He goes over and beyond, to make you satisfied. You are lucky to have him; I don't know how he manages to juggle so many priorities.
the floorplan is great, house was built really good. Carina was Amazing to work from the beginning to end answering every question and so was Alan. Attention to detail was paid from the day we met to the day we closed on our home. There were no delays in closing and the process was Amazing. Very responsive, kept in contact at all times with updates each week, any question was answered quickly, no matter the day or how late we asked.
