Our sales agent was very informative, she was dedicated to making our experience a positive one. We really enjoyed working with her. The Associate that did our walk throughs with us was very knowledgable and professional. It was clear he was willing to take the extra step to make sure we were as happy as possible with out house. He was a 10/10. Meritage should look for away to get him back on their staff.
Kuddos to the construction team in Concord at Brushy Creek. My builder, Ryan Boatright was with me every step of the way. He answered all my silly questions putting me at ease. His co-worker, Phil, was also in attendance to a few of our meetings, he was also very helpful. we love the Energy efficiency and lower utility cost per month. We enjoy the open layout throughout the home. We would like if there was more storage in both attic areas and if the fireplace came with a blower to distribute the heat it gives off.
The outstanding service received by Tiki Lewis and Corey confirmed our decision to purchase with Meritage was perfect for our family needs. The market is very competitive when it comes to prices and quality of construction but most lack the customer service we received. For that we recommend Meritage to all our friends and family. Your team is your greatest asset.

We like most about the home is it meets our diverse family's needs appropriately (ranch design with option to finish upper level, zero entry shower). What we liked most about the service, is the Meritage team; the Meritage people were knowledgeable, kind, caring, helpful and responsive. Anytime there was ever an issue, it was handled promptly.
