We love the master bathroom, the open concept of the living room and specially the casita. We also appreciate the services provided after move in.

So far I feel like the hoke has been built energy efficient, and the incorporation of new technology make you feel welcome home ,working with Travis and Lindon was a great experience, they listen, prompt on replies to your questions , ready to help this made my experience bying this house very simple and stress free.
Overall we love the house layout because that is why we bought, we thought you had a great use of space. I also love the yard space I have.
The team is amazing! Shelly, Justin, and John made this experience of buying our first new build wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about them. I would definitely work with this team in the future. They are all very professional, friendly, and helpful when we had questions or there were issues. I had heard nightmares of other builders taking forever to correct issues after move-in and John and Justin were so on top of things. It is so nice to work with people who have such a strong work ethic.
I love my home and am very happy with the service and product provided by Meritage Homes.
the team I worked with were wonderful, Jane Cochran in the office, Matt Spencer the construction manager, and Heather who was in the design center were all amazing. They were helpful, kind and I could not have imagined a better experience with building my home.
