Maria reached out to me after I filled out the inquiry online. Was seeking to put together an engagement ring with a fancier cut diamond. All I knew going in was the cut of the diamond I was seeking, the style of the band, and budget. She had the options ready to go for when I arrived. Didn't try to push me beyond my budget. Very low-pressure atmosphere. Definitely won me over and look forward to working with her for the wedding rings.

The experience with Maria at Mervis was very special. Maria went the extra mile to make her customer happy. I highly suggest to stop by and see Maria if you are shopping for diamond jewelry. I do not understand the negative review that refers to Mervis as LGBQ unfriendly. This is farthest from the truth. I can attest that my partner and my experience was nothing but impeccable.

No matter how much research you do, it's entirely too easy to become overwhelmed by the ring buying process. Mika has been absolutely wonderful since day 1. She helped me with resetting my stone (after I knocked it on a door and it was just slightly wiggly a couple of weeks after becoming engaged), and was incredibly kind, even though I felt really silly about my accident. I frequently hear Ronnie Mervis on the radio extolling the virtues of his family jewels, namely the diamonds he and his brothers import to America. While I have yet to visit a Mervis store, Ronnie's commercials always bring back fond memories of when I was diamond shopping for a very special someone. My fiancé and I found Mika at Mervis Diamond via Yelp and after reading all of the reviews decided to give them a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Mika was patient and never pressured us. She worked within our budget and they made our experience fabulous. Don't look anywhere else! Truly you will not be disappointed!
