Property is not as described in anyway, its part of a hostile to begin with. If the pool was open its a shared space with the hostile. Police came for a disturbance of some sort in the building. Front desk lady said thats normal. We had to let the police into the building. I did not feel safe staying there. It's ghetto to say the least. They had a Bathroom sink installed as a kitchen sink. Hotel is outdated. Not clean at all. When we checked in, the room had sand all over the rug and chairs. Property has a very strong moldy smell and it’s not sound proof. We’ve heard our neighbors talking like they were in the same room with us. The room we were in is for 5 people. There were three plates, two coffee cups and three forks and four towels. Horrible customer service. I couldn’t check in until after 3pm we had to sit outside and wait for two hours..only one person was working, cleaning rooms etc and barely spoked English. I asked for refund and couldn’t get one

Never again Room didn’t match pictures and there was no one there from 3pm till 11pm soo you had to go down the street a block and half to another hotel for service

Do not recommend Was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Staff was great. Nothing bad to say about the workers. But this hotel has seen better days. Wouldn’t recommend

My stayed at Metropole This stay could have been better, they need to put more effort in taking care of the hotel there's a stench in the halls the elevator and the rooms. Stay was not good at all i had to buy air freshener one for the room one for the living room and a spray. The hotel is under staff the lady at the front desk have to be checking in people and checking the room at the same time and if u need something for the room guess who's coming. There were no employees my whole stay to answer questions there were no extra towels no house keepers to call it was really a bad experience this time.

DISGUSTING There wasn’t any staff at our hotel, we had to check in and out a couple of blocks away from our hotel at the sister hotel, the staff at the sister hotel were very rude, our kitchen was disgusting, no towels no comforters, our front door did not lock and when we called to make the staff aware we were told “I don’t know what to tell you” after exchanging words with the so called manager Maria. We had stayed at the Meteopole before and it was great, this time killed it forever for us, we will NEVER stay here again.

Choose another spot Had to check-in at a sister hotel. Didn't know until arrived. No prior notice. Driving around south beach isn't easy when don't know the area. An advanced warning would have been nice. Tried contacting the hotel no one answers. The hotel has an abandoned feeling to it. Room was decently cleaned is about the onky good can say about it.
