Come here every just about Thursday usually for drinks and sometimes for food but I am never disappointed!
We don't go to the Metropolitan Café enough. The service is great and the food is the best. It's easy to get to (right off of 18) and has loads of parking.
It was our first time at the there, the menu was great with a good selection of seafood, beef and chicken. The outdoor seating was covered with heaters for at least late fall dining. We will without doubt be going back.

The food was good, but not special. I had a fish (cod?) that was slightly overdone and a sauce that was OK, but not special. My friend had one of the few vegetarian dishes that was nicely done. We sat outside on a Sunday night - very nice ambiance if you like a small town main street feel. A band started up very close to us - which I liked. Excellent food, bar and service. Can't beat the outdoor dining
Exceptional dining experience ! I was at Metropolitan Cafe the other night for a few drinks and some appetizers and the ambiance was great. The Brie lollipops were to die for & the starburst martini (which was recommended by our bartender) was delicious! I highly recommend
We had a wonderful dinner on the patio , the sushi was fresh and tasty not drenched in sauces like other places perfectly complimented by a good bottle of Prosecco . Yumm . We will be back next Tuesday
