I was a... (Verified Renter) I was a resident for two years, but after the hurricane is when I seen the change in residents that were moving in and it from quite to loud over time. Plus it's a known flood zone.

Management can be better Been living here for almost 7 months and there was an extreme roaches problem. Management sent a random guy that was the normal pest control company and all he did was spray water. Hot water Nob gets stuck and adjacent force is needed just to take a shower. The dishwasher has been broken since Thanksgiving 2016, yet it was recorded as completed. The pool is open during the winter and dirty as ever during the summer. No one responds within a timely matter. Rent with caution.
worst ever !!! apts & management I moved in 3 months ago and wishing I never moved in..... since day 3 I had problems w heater/ac unit ... maintenance had to come in every time we wanted heater to fix it n if ac they had to come in and change it. the leaks that went on for weeks n till now still have that leak!! mold in shower kids room smells gross they r hardly ever in their room cuz of the smell... Terrible experience "Terrible" could be the best word to describe my experience! Utility bill includes electricity, water, and trash for 1-bedroom & 2-person(plan B) regardless of consumption or weather, was $160-$190 per month. Parking entrance/exit automatic doors left open most of the time, so thinking about security was ridiculous. Our car windows got broken inside the parking and there was no camera, same happened to the other residents (stolen tires). it is the worst ever I've been living in the complex for almost a year. My car was towed once, although it was parked in my own spot and the manager did not update the database. The funny thing was that the manager asked me to pay the tow fee. The complex is too old with lots of cockroaches. The funniest thing happened just this month, I have wrote the rental check on 1/1/2017. Today 1/4/2017 I found out that the check is not cashed, when I contacted them, they said I need to pay 50$ as penalty since the deadline for paying ... read more
Lots of cockroaches, poor maintenance and rude manager Although my apartment located in the second floor there are lots of cockroaches every where, I have to wash all my dishes before using them since I am sure there was cockroach in the cabinet. The stairs was broken, which was so dangerous, and it took them 3 weeks to take care of it, although I notified them three times. Rude Leasing Office I called in the morning and requested an appointment for 5:30pm to view some apartments, I explained to the lady on the phone that I worked in the medical center so I might be a few minutes late. She assured me that was fine and to still come on down. I left work a few minutes early and made it to the leasing office at 5:35pm (I was determined to make it to my appointment). They lied to us Don't fall for the bull .. They told us we had the apts and now it's more bull.. They lie to much and very unprofessional people... Christian lied to us and we was looking at the model apts and they have roaches.. Don't move there. Roaches!!!!!
