Not that good Thought it was a great first apartment. First day moved in and already had a problem with cooling, took a week for them to fix the problem. We had ants everywhere even in our pantry and kitchen. A month later all the mailboxes were broken into. At this moment there is so much construction going on I've had to fix 6 flat tires from nails laying around the entire complex within 2 months. All around bad experience.

Verified Renter I guess I moved in at the wrong time there is so much remodeling going on to the apartments it’s annoying, between all the noise and all the different people around your home I hate it. Someone broke in my car because the gates are not locked they are open for anyone to come in because of all the remodeling. I put in a maintenance order 2 weeks ago but no one has came by to fix it yet. The community is okay the outside area could use some work.

Management I paid my application fee and admin fee and my application was approved. Then I was scheduled for a tour and when I got there they said they didn’t have any apartments available.

Verified Renter Maintenance are nice but too backlogged. Pest control lacking although charged monthly

online is wrong Online it says they have apartments available, I did my application paid for no reason they said they will have me in a place In 7 days when I got approved and I told them that my lease was coming up and the lady said it was fine !! I go there for a tour on the day the lady tell me to come in which was Friday sept 9th 2022 but when I get there the lady tells me that there is no apartments available to TOUR or MOVE INTO so I paid a Uber to go there for no reason and she said she couldn’t move me in because eve... read more

Verified Renter Pues no me gustó nunca habrieron la picsina en el arranque estoy siempre está susio cobran por la basura 30$ y nunca se la llevan muy rara la vez que pasan a recoger la basura los servicios son muy costoso

Verified Renter I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. As long as their getting your money every month that’s all that matters. I’ve been without cold air for about 1-2 months now and their only response is everyone is having this issue. That is not the problem of residents!

Verified Renter Dont move here. Construction all day everyday, they turn the water, ac/heater off everyday and dont care about your maintenance requests or answering the phone no matter how many times you try to contact them.

Verified Renter As of now, I would advise anyone to stay away from this place especially people who care about their family's safety. Management is aweful, crazy tenants, dog poops all over the place.
