Verified Renter Jackson Square sucks because the POOLS ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. Only apts in Houston with closed pools!

Verified Renter My experience with this company is unprofessional, slow, never answer the phone or fix anything but they bill on time.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I am currently a college student, and I set up a payment arrangement to pay rent because I was in the hospital. I had my emergency contact go in and talk to accounting and he talked to Ahmed to make the payment arrangement. I made sure that they knew that I would have the full payment by the 23rd of March, but he insisted that my emergency contact signed the form for the 15 and said, "try to have it by this day if not then it can wait". Verified Renter Plan on bathing at a friend's house. The plumbing here doesn't work.

Verified Renter Living a the life at jackson square has been a nightmare. Everything is always broke. The washer machines and dryers don’t work properly. Maintenance doesn’t complete work orders in a timely manner. My heat or AC will go out and be out for days. When you call the office they don’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here.

Worse than it looks off the bat The inside of the apartment is alright but everything else is awful. Grounds are dirty and have a roach problem, no one picks up dog poop, people steal your packages and it really doesn’t feel the safest. They have parking lot gates which are always left open same with any of the other gated doors and some of the outdoor lights only work half the time. Things like heating/cooling/water are always breaking and being turned off for a period of time. They have redone the inside of the apartments ... read more

Run for the hills If I could give it zero I would they sneak in extra charges there are roaches and ants everywhere cats and trash everywhere and somebody always park in your assigned parking soon as I moved in stuff started falling apart

Verified Renter It's pretty bad. Post office won't deliver here. Pools are all closed. Rents increased. I'm moving.
