worst apartment complex I’ve ever been to I’ve lived here since April and in the beginning everything seemed okay. My first night here there was an argument at 1am where a woman screamed out that someone was taking her baby and there were guns drawn. After that I was pretty quiet and I thought it was an okay place to live so I suggested it to my friends because they said you get a referral credit. moving out ASAP My first night here, everyone that stayed in my section which was the north had no power. I have a stack of maintenance requests and now they’re saying I owe money in back rent after paying on time every month.. I get constant emails saying there are problems in the southwest wing and I stay in the north, that’s ridiculous to have so many problems all over in each section.,PLEASE DO NO MOVE HERE!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE I would give this place zero stars if I could. From how the office team manages issues(being rude and unprofessional), the amount of cockroaches in and around the area, cleanliness, and in general the apartments themselves. This was probably the worst place I’ve ever lived in. Save your coin— there’s better elsewhere. I don’t even write reviews, but this experience merited one. This place is awful!

I was treated... (Verified Renter) I was treated very nice when I was getting apt. Now that I have been here 2 weeks, seem like getting this problem fixed is not important. Its water running from ceiling and sheetrock has began to peel and fall.
The maintenance issue... (Verified Renter) The maintenance issue is a recurring issue. I will have to continue to have it fixed.
Leasing consultants Well, I called and was answered by some guy. You could hear a lady in the background talking super loud about how she forgot to clock in... Not sure how professional that looks. Anyways, I inquired about a 2 bedroom 2 bath, asked if it was updated, appliances, counter tops etc. The guy was rude and disrespectful. He clearly didn’t want the sale and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. He even started to say “I honestly don’t even know” and then stopped himself to try and give me a better answer.... ... read more

This place motivated me to BUY a house This place made me want to NEVER live in an apartment again!!! My car along with many others got broken into MULTIPLE times. They have “security” on site after the baby got shot and killed here!! Cats EVERYWHERE. After Harvey the roaches were awful!!! I had to call pest multiple times and it never worked. They bombed and sprayed and put that glue crap on. My fiancé and I ended up finding a nest INSIDE the fridge!!! They tried blaming our living conditions because we had a kid?? The crim... read more

The pace or... (Verified Renter) The pace or communication is not timely after a maintenance request and email sent that request has been done when irking has been completed. This definitely needs to be corrected. It's happened to me twice already!
The community environment... (Verified Renter) The community environment has gone down tremendously during the last year. My car has been broken into twice and crime has increased double.
