One of the... (Verified Renter) One of the most frustrating things that I was previously warned about prior to leasing the apartment was the insufferable roach issue. That is the only constant nuisance that I have with this complex.
We have not... (Verified Renter) We have not received word whether or not this company is staying or of they are going to sale this place right from underneath us. A neighbor filled out their lease and was only allowed to fill it out for 10 months and no longer. This worries us that we will be thrown out on our head so no I will not subject a friend to this
The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff has no orientation of where people needs to go to things to many offices and not enough knowledge from part of the staff the apartment walls are way to thin to the point you close a door and the whole building knows you left or just got home, the parking is a joke especially towing cars left and right, pool are mostly closed not a fun summer.
