Verified Renter I have been here for 10 years, and I do not know any person in management. The phone is practically nerver answered by a person. The answering service is too long and annoying. Otherwise, landscaping needs desperate attention. And trash in out 24/7. I like my apartment, despite the water-spotted ceiling in the living room and tthe living room blinds that are damaged from having fallen twice.
Verified Renter Well, this property have serious issues and seems to be getting worse; they diffidently needs Mag-locks in breezeway, security, maybe even police to work and walk around too curb a lot of traffic and drug activity and cameras… Renter Beware if staff don’t live onsite; theirs Major issue here, just saying…
Verified Renter We have lived here for 25 years. We are too old to move. This is a VERY dangerous apartment complex.
Verified Renter It was great when I moved in. Quiet, friendly, clean. Now it is noisy, dirty, unsafe. Too many issues with heating, air, and water. Light bulbs can’t just be changed. Maintenance needs to be called. Too many issues to share.
Verified Renter It was quiet at first then three months in both of my cars were broken into. Gun shots inside the complex, fighting, police rarely respond. Parts we’re stolen out of my car. The maintenance response in a timely manner, office staff have been great besides a few hiccups but nothing of concern. I’ve been here going on two years and if the environment was safe I would stay. Verified Renter Life at Nob Hill newly changed to The Life at Jackson Square hasn’t been the best especially at the rate of rent and sky high utilities. Before the transition you would be able to speak to a human person. After the transition you only speak to voicemails and have emails sent that say your issue has been resolved when you’ve never actually spoken to a person about the issue at hand. I would NOT recommend! Apts do not look like the pics, can’t leave anything down w/out ants eating it, worms in my dishwasher, barely have hot water, & frequent gun shots!

Worst apartment ever Our AC rumbles louder than a lawn mower and leaks water as well as has mold. Our toilet and bathtub fill with sewage just about every day since about April 2021 and THEY HAVENT SENT ANYONE TO TRULY FIX OUR ISSUEs. Murders happen too often as well as having my car and hundreds others broken into. Let’s not forget the shootings at night and robberies too. Roaches lots of them. Management is the worst even if they changed management
