Leasing consultants Well, I called and was answered by some guy. You could hear a lady in the background talking super loud about how she forgot to clock in... Not sure how professional that looks. Anyways, I inquired about a 2 bedroom 2 bath, asked if it was updated, appliances, counter tops etc. The guy was rude and disrespectful. He clearly didn’t want the sale and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Too many outsiders... (Verified Renter) Too many outsiders come in. They take up the pool. Leave trash everywhere. Maintenance is good at picking up after them. But these people shouldn't have access.

This place motivated me to BUY a house This place made me want to NEVER live in an apartment again!!! My car along with many others got broken into MULTIPLE times. They have “security” on site after the baby got shot and killed here!! Cats EVERYWHERE. After Harvey the roaches were awful!!! I had to call pest multiple times and it never worked. They bombed and sprayed and put that glue crap on. My fiancé and I ended up finding a nest INSIDE the fridge!!! They tried blaming our living conditions because we had a kid?? The crim... read more

The way utilities... (Verified Renter) The way utilities are billed is weird and can be negative. For instance I love the cold and won't be using the heater but will be billed as tho I do.
The pace or... (Verified Renter) The pace or communication is not timely after a maintenance request and email sent that request has been done when irking has been completed. This definitely needs to be corrected. It's happened to me twice already!
The community environment... (Verified Renter) The community environment has gone down tremendously during the last year. My car has been broken into twice and crime has increased double.
I was a... (Verified Renter) I was a resident for two years, but after the hurricane is when I seen the change in residents that were moving in and it from quite to loud over time. Plus it's a known flood zone.
As of now,... (Verified Renter) As of now, I could NOT recommend it to anyone I know because a person who cares and knows right from wrong really does not fit here anymore. The entitled NO goods have & are ruining this complex and the neighborhood. I liked the convenience of walking to the bank, drug store, gro. store & restaurants; but now even these establishments are wary & suspicious of TNHA 'residents'/freeloaders. Thieves, shoplifters, panhandlers and trashy & voucher carrying "things" are devastating the neighborhood ... read more
