Don't move to this place People working there are scammers. They tell you something the first day (just to get you), and after they get your money, they say the opposite. They are unprofessional and rude.
If you want a cheap rent, but lots of problems Im a current resident and had been very happy at Nob Hill for the last yr. But for the past months it has been horrible living here. The AC breaks down often so be ready to sweat during the summer. The water gets cut off often. The chiller in the building also breaks down so no cold water! Yes no cold water. Management woes Nob Hill To keep it short and sweet there are to little of them and to many of us. This property spans over a mile and there are maybe 6 managers. They don't follow through with requests and it could be that there are to many who knows, also; Roaches and insects are in abundance seriously ridiculous! No matter how clean you keep your place and never leave food anywhere they are there. Other than that upgraded appliances and covered parking are the best things I can say about Nob Hill as a community. : /

Recently Renovated, Poorly Managed This complex was fairly recently taken over by Steadfast Mgmt from Asset Plus. As tenants leave they are remodeling units with new flooring, appliances and fixtures. Improvements to the common areas like pool and landscaping. Many units have both front and back entrances, which is convenient and provide cross-ventilation, rare in apartment life. Valet trash service three days a week. Nob Hill RATS!! Everywhere. Management team takes forever to get service people out. I am paying too much to live in an infested apartment. And, the neighborhood has gown down tremendously over the last 6 month. I can't wait for my lease to be up
