It's nothing about... (Verified Renter) It's nothing about the apartment community, it's just so close to the bayou and, when it floods, it's devastating. Hard to recommend that if less flood-prone apartments are available.
I am herewith... (Verified Renter) I am herewith referring to the maintenance work I had done regarding my air conditioner/replacement of the blower and also the refrigerator freezer leak. Both were taken care of perfectly. Maintenance here is always on top of the job and very courteous.

As of now,... (Verified Renter) As of now, I could NOT recommend it to anyone I know because a person who cares and knows right from wrong really does not fit here anymore. The entitled NO goods have & are ruining this complex and the neighborhood. I liked the convenience of walking to the bank, drug store, gro. store & restaurants; but now even these establishments are wary & suspicious of TNHA 'residents'/freeloaders. Thieves, shoplifters, panhandlers and trashy & voucher carrying "things" are devastating the neighborhood ... read more
