I went to Mezeh in Hampton VA on 7/30/21. I brought a friend for the first time there and I was going to use my $5 off from my birthday reward. Usually the service is slow but I can understand that with everyone having staffing issues lately. Unfortunately they were out of at least 6 items I went to order, almost all beverages, and then when I went to use the Mezeh reward they said 'our scanner isn't working' so I couldn't use that or get rewards credit for our meals. I could eat at this restaurant at least 3 days a week. The food is so fresh, very yummy, and the variety is incredible. After you eat it, you feel satisfied but not over-stuffed. I love eating healthy, especially when it tastes this good!

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars..I would. I stumbled upon Mezah a few months ago after craving some Mediterranean food. So glad I did. I have been there multiple times and every single time I find myself impressed by their food and service. Friendly staff and delicious food. I am about to place another order after leaving this! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! 10/10 for me

I would like to give an awesome review for the Mezeh in Peninsula Towne Center (Hampton,VA). I have order the family pack twice and it has been ready in a timely fashion, the food seems fresh, and they always warm up new pita bread for me. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. I was able to stretch the family pack out to 12 servings for a gathering. Thank you!

I had the best experience the other day. I’ve always loved their food but everything seems more pulled together nowadays. The new manager Jareene (forgive my spelling if wrong) was just so lovely and helped me and my friends with our order. Excellent customer service. They just make sure that you leave happy and full. Will definately keep visiting!

Hi I usually go to Mezeh in Hampton Va 2-3 days a week for lunch & I usually LOVE it! But the past week or so the food looks wilted, dry, & just not what I'm used to from you guys at all.. I guess I'll take a few weeks off & hopefully it'll get better & I can come back & enjoy. & oh the bathrooms have been dirty lately too.. is there a new manager or something?  Either way ill just check you guys out in a few weeks. Just an fyi.

Walked into store yesterday afternoon to pick up my order, concerned to note two staff members over the buffet line not wearing gloves or masks serving customers. Will not be returning to this store again in the future.

We placed an order online last night for pickup at the Hampton location. We were not told our order was missing items, however we did not receive our two orders of pita chips, two extra pitas, two orders of baklava, or drink...... We were also very disappointed in the food itself. My chicken pieces were so dry and burned they were inedible and my husbands lamb was freezing cold. We expected the food to lose some heat while traveling, but not still feel frozen in contrast to the other items..

The Turkish Salad and my sauce were missing. It was near closing so if they ran out I understand but they didn’t let my partner know when he picked up my order at offer an alternative.
