I ordered a meal this evening and asked for sides and none of them were included with the meal that was delivered. I ordered a regular bowl and did not go over the requested number of sides. This was the peninsula town center branch.
I waited over an hour after the time my online order was supposed to be ready, and you guys still did not have my order ready, instead deciding to prioritize the in person customers. Completely ridiculous.
Hello, we order staff lunch today in which we ordered 4 orders. We went to pick up our order under Qynn Santjer and we didn’t get any sauces and one of the orders was suppose to have double salad and double vegetables, plus crunchy chickpeas and it didn’t have any of it. The pita bread was cold and the order wasn’t ready when we arrived which was 10’mins after the time they gave us. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks we have had an issue with this restaurant. Very unhappy with paying for food we aren’t receiving.
