There were several problems with our order last night. First at least important, it took forever for the order be prepared. We were scheduled to pick it up at 8:34 PM and I don’t think we left the parking lot until after 9 o’clock. Are you saying that, the problem was that there was not nearly enough staff to assist with all the customers who were there. This is in reference to my recent experience at the Peninsula Town Center location in Hampton VA. I placed an online order on March 16 and the app indicated that it would be ready at 6:28 pm (20 minutes after I placed the order). When I arrived at the Peninsula location the order was not ready. I noticed several customers waiting near the cash register area. They were waiting on online orders so I waited in that area with them. Hello I ordered a bowl for grab and go today, and I was given falafel instead of veggie kefta and didn’t have any of my sauces. I didn’t notice until I came home. Can you please provide a coupon for a free bowl?
I just went to the peninsula town center and I was disappointed. A lot of the hummus were dried out. The guy at the counter/making the food was not wearing his mask correctly. This was concerning. My biggest issue was that I was charged double for my protein when I asked for half and half. This has never happened to me before at this location. It seemes unfair that I got charged double for same amount of protein.
I had special instructions to put fillings in small bowl because I did not want pita to be soggy mess. They put fillings in pita and it is a soggy mess! Very disappointed!!
Order 80c0ec03, placed on 1/19, was a hot mess. After speaking with the manager, it was left that the order would be refunded in full by Mezeh Corporate within 2-3 business days. Claim was made on 1/20. We will have yet to see this refund applied to our credit card. Please confirm that it has been requested and processed.
Hello. I think you would be surprised at the haphazard display of business operations at the Peninsula Town Center location. I've been a few times over the past year, but my 1/23 visit gave the appearance that there's new ownership, and it's very unconventional. Saturday, January 16, 2021, my husband and I visited Mezeh in Hampton, Virginia. The time was 8:20 pm. All of the food containers were empty. No Vegetables, very little meat(no lamb balls,) no olives, and very little sauces. No one was interested in cooking any meat or putting out fresh vegetables until after the server had to scrape up was on the food line for us. The server started our food and left it on the line. The day shift at this location needs to work on the portions that they provide when making bowls. I did an order for grab-and-go and I can count five pieces of spinach in my bowl. Even the other day when I went in to make a to-go order, they gave me the smallest amounts of each topping. When I requested roasted vegetables, there were about 4 broken pieces of vegetables left.
