Hi, I work in Richmond va where I frequent mezeh. I was super excited when mezeh opened a store in Hampton where I live. I did visit the store once it opened. I was disappointed at the way the food was prepared. Nothing was prepared to my likings. However, I understand. I did take a break from the Hampton store while still visiting mezeh in Richmond. This is my favorite place and has been for years! The Hampton location sure has gone down hill! The last three times I have come I have experienced the following issues: 1- very short staffed 2- the food bar has been out of many key ingredients 3- the staff that is there is loving very slow and not able to manage the line efficiently 4- salad options spear wilted and old 5-1 of the 2 staff working the food bar stopped taking the orders from the long line of people and started working on take out orders leaving only one perso... read more

I have had MULTIPLE orders be incorrect. Today I had half of my order missing but I unfortunately could not go back & correct it. I’m not happy with this service while the restaurant was completely empty.

I placed an order tonight for delivery from the Peninsula Town Center location in Hampton, VA. Once my order was delivered it looked as though one of my orders was just thrown together, barely looking at the details. The serving size was awful. I requested extra pita croutons, crumbled feta, and dried cranberries. The cranberries were the only item I received double of. For everything else I barely got the normal serving. I am truly disappointed with the food picked up from the store (Mall at Prince George location). I ordered 2 bowls and one of the bowls with Falafel was not even half filled! Never experienced this before and would not recommend it again. Please note that it was not the first time I had a bowl but this was not a pleasant experience. Please let me know if this issue could be resolved.

The Mezeh in Hampton, Va has really bad service. I visited the store 4/13 at around 1:00. I waited in line for 15-20 mins (so almost my entire lunch break) watching as the two people struggled to make bowls. They were just walking around trying to find another container of tomatoes, lettuce, etc. this place wasn't properly staff and the manager was busy making other dishes or pita bread and to go orders instead of helping the 20 people in line. Today was my first time ever ordering from mezeh and my order was due to be ready at 12:40, wasn’t ready til 1:28 and my bowl is completely incorrect. I normally don’t write reviews but I paid a lot to wait almost an hour and get incorrect food. So disappointing. I attached a photo of my bowl and receipt and you can tell there’s like one thing in my bowl that I actually ordered

 I placed an order for delivery through your website at 8:37 that apparently you use a third party vendor to deliver and I have not yet received it. It’s 10:00.

I am highly disappointed in my experience at this mezeh location tonight. It was completely understaffed and unstocked. They didn’t even have the proper sized bowls available and had to use kids bowls. I felt terrible for the employees one of which was supposed to be off 4 hours prior. I waited nearly an hour and only had 3 people ahead of me. I wont be visiting this location again anytime soon although I love the food. I don’t have that kind of time to wait for what should have been a quick serve meal.
