Our service experience was not the greatest at this location. Order was almost an hour delayed and that was gor picking up. They needed more employees to handle the amount of orders that were coming in. I stayed at the pick up counter for more than 45 minutes before my order was ready and an hour late from the app's estimated order ready time. Steak shawarma was prepared in a hurry in front of us and was not fully cooked. Very disappointed customer!
Every time i order they forget my pita!! I have to put notes on the ticket so they don’t forget it! This time they forgot my sauce! Please do better!
I was very unsatisfied with my order. First of all someone took a kid’s bowl and dumped it in the adult bowl and called it a day. Half of my toppings were missing and top it all off, it made me sick to my stomach making me wonder if someone left meat out took long creating bacteria. I will have to think few times over before I order from you again.
Very disappointed. My bowl was missing 4 of the ingredients including my favorites (caramelized eggplant, baba ganoush, pickled beets, and Turkish salad)
I’ve been going to the Hampton, VA location as a regular for a few years now. My brother and I had our worst experiences ever these last two visits this month. The first we weren’t told until after starting our order that most of the toppings selection were not available. The reason given by the employee was the food preparation person didn’t show up today. I received my order today and the cookies that I ordered were not with our food.
I placed a mobile order at your Peninsula, VA location. My order said it would be ready by 2:07. I went inside to pick up my order and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be started after I told the worker I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Yesterday I placed an online order at the Mezeh located in Hampton Va. my family and I travelled down from Williamsburg Va to retrieve our order which wasn’t ready until 20 minutes past the estimated “ready” time.
