I was door dashing and came in to wait on order. As I was waiting one employee was on break. She finished her break and went straight to work. She didn't go to the bathroom to wash her hands and started touching food. I saw her eating and she was licking her fingers. I didn't say anything because the person I thought was the manager was eating in the back of the kitchen where the dishes where. Then he came out chewing and wiping his hands on his pants. DHello! I am a longtime lover of all things Mezeh. I even have friends that insist on going to my local Mezeh because it’s THAT good.Unfortunately, the last two times I have been to my local Mezeh I was very disappointed by the food. The first time I went, literally half of my order was missing from my bowl. Today, not only was half of my ingredients missing but my bowl was maybe 40% filled. Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention that Hampton location needs some corporate assistance if this brand to be successful. I went in with my family and ordered 4 shawarma steak bowls. They were very stingy with the protein proportions. I inquired about it and she stated that we have to make it last. My family and I first noticed that the restaurant was not clean(floors, tables were not clean) . When we started to order the lady appeared to be under the influence of something (drugs or alcohol). She had a hard time hearing us and she had a hat on but her hair was not pulled back. The table we sat was dirty. I cleaned our area with hand sanitizer and Wet Wipes. I ordered meals through the app for this evening. When we returned home there were no pitas included in our order, even though the bowls come with pita and we had paid for additional pitas as well.

I placed a delivery order today and it was two create your own bowls. Both bowls were missing items and the incorrect sauces were given to us. Neither of them came with the pita bread either. It was very disappointing!
