Great for Small Office Replaced an HP with this Brother. Very pleased. Good quality printing and economical. Excellent features for the price and easy to install on my wireless network. Two year warranty with lifetime telephone support, don't get that with HP.
Wow! Great Wireless Printer. We purchased this printer to replace an older (but still functioning) Brother printer. It was easy to setup, and had it up in running quickly. We really like the size as it seems to be more heavy duty than smaller models. The new ink management, and the number of pages you can print is a real bonus. Lastly, the replacement cartridges are really affordable as well.
Print Quality Good, Print Speed is SLOOOOOW! Purchased this printer in August as a package deal with "2 years of Ink included" for a satellite office, that I work at on average 2 days a week. I would say that my usage is average at best and I have already had to reorder ink.
Great features Is working since we got the replacement and no problems at all I hope will same like this
Limited Features This printer did not have the features I have normally experienced in other printers in this class. Not double-sided scan, no double-sided copy from auto feeder, tint of color print was not correct.
Works well in use with my business Ist time buying a Brother Printer to use in my small business - so far it has worked well - still trying to figure out some different printing issues.
Constant Resetting & Ink Cleaning I've never had a printer that has needed constant Black Ink Cleaning. I use Genuine Brother Ink. Internet connection is constantly needed to be reset and the instructions on how to do that are not in the manual. I've had to stop working to call and go through this 6-8 times now over the year of ownership. I do not loose internet connection on my computers or phones, just this Brother Printer. Time Consuming and frustrated.
Good printer We loved using this printer for regular paper items. Ink is reasonable. Easy and does a good job, if you only want to print regular letter paper or legal paper.
Poor Very slow copier, and when I tried printing envelopes only prints have the address. Email your company and they asked to do a fix on the system which I did without any success.
