just ok I had hoped for a better quality printer than this. kind of disappointed.
Very easy to use, ink prices very low Super excellent customer service. We also have a wide format HP printer. (18" x 36"). Almost impossible to drag any information out of them. Very difficult to use. Constantly having problems. Paid three times what I paid for our Brother Printer. When will Brother make a wider format printer? We have four Brother machines in our office. Have been using them for more than ten years.
Color printing looks awful Nice printer but if you want to print color flyers this is not the printer for you. Looks horrible.
Not User Friendly I have to reboot this printer and uninstall and reinstall it ofted due to it losing connection or something.
Nothing disappointed in the alternate feeder port in the rear of the unit. A lot of difficulty and I can't use the envelope feeder in the rear of the unit at all- what a pain. Had I know I would not be purchased the unit
Not abusiness friendly machine 2 sided copies take too much time, cannot use back feeder, paper does not go thru for long copies
Brother color printer I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. SETUP: The printer took little time to set up to begin printing. Loading the software on the computer took the longest. It was easy to load the ink since it loads from the front. Not happyu Not happy. Did not know that it is not an air drop printer. Can't print from my iPad. Otherwise it is fine
Need clear guidance on network capabilities I was told by Brother support that printer and computer had to be on the same 2.5mhz network. I have router with 2 frequency capability and I prefer the computer to be on 5. I was able to operate the printer on a separate network than the computer at 5mhz on one computer but not the other. There should be discussion of how to do this. Both are Macs.
