disappointed When trying to print a business card… 1. The printer did not have a select for thick paper just photo paper. 2. The business card paper got jammed and the second one came out smeared. Then the third one was printed so faint that you could not read it. The printer does not do double sided scan (which is not mention on the box) You must manually place on the scanner. Not satisfied. Brother has done so much better. It I have been a strong Brother candidate as the products and support were excellent. This printer is not Brotheresk. Ideally I want to change machines to a better performer.
Good Printer However, Unfortunately I had to return it because even with all the support from technicians, online suppor t and support from Office Depot, I could not get it to automatic print on both sides, the purpose for which I purchased it.
