Hate this printer & sorry brother changed the style and functions. Hate this printer came used and was to be new, ink cartages were already installed and empty. Doesn't work well. I have had 4 previous generations of this printer, but the new changes suck, Hate it was a wait of money. Will not order another brother printer. Very disappointed.
First photo shows one of many pages getting stuck on the same spot. Second photo shows the scrap removal paper inside. Printer is delivered today. I went through the initial setup process but, before even completing the task, on the back of the printer I had over 20+ jammed pages. Extremely frustrated with this. The tech support was not able to help and want me to contact Amazon for help! Very frustrating few hours and now I want to return this printer. Did not meet my expectations at all.
