Will not print emails from ipad I paid good money for this printer and it does not support AirPrint so I can’t print my emails from my iPad which I desperately need. Do not buy if you need to print out your emails. I can’t believe Brother would sell a useless printer like this.

DO NOT PURCHASE So disappointed and upset that I did not listen to the bad reviews. Isn't Brother an upgrade? I literally have spent all day turning it off and on- keeps loosing signal and saying that it cannot connect to the printer. On top of that, it is SLOW. Also took forever to install.
a verty slow printer. have to take paper out ... a verty slow printer. have to take paper out to place photo paper in tray. color photo comes out with smudges. not worth the effort. back to cannon for me. I waited too long to install and now cannot return
The printer is defected This printer is terrible , it sporadically doesn’t sync with the app to print from phone and it takes a REALLY long time to print one black and white page! This was suppose to be an upgrade and instead ended up being a machine which hardly works !
Not AirPrint enabled I purchased this MFC after my old Brother printer died. I had been very happy with my old machine so I expected no problems. Connecting the wireless portion was tedious but doable, but I then found I had to turn my printer off and on each time I used it with my computer for my computer to find it. I was able to correct this through Brother support but I waited on the line for 30 minutes before I got that support. Beware of WiFi issues... Spent hours trying to connect to our WiFi with our techs. Continually failed to stay connected. Brother Tech help was frustrating. Replaced with HP printer...no problems. Brother goes to Goodwill.
Really poor product. Rarely connects to wifi and when it ... Really poor product. Rarely connects to wifi and when it does, prints approximately one black page per minute. No option to connect a hard-wire cable. I would not purchase again and would not recommend to anyone.
Garbage Garbage. No separate envelope feed - must take paper out to load envelope. Then the envelope won't feed! After having printed about 20 pages, it is telling me to clean the pick up roller. Really? Printing is super slow, much slower than my previous Brother. Unfortunately the return window just closed as I learned this about the envelopes and roller...a little too late. I can tolerate the slow printing but not the envelope issues already happening. Garbage - I am super displeased.
