Do not buy this printer This is a good printer except it will not stay on the network. I have to manually reconnect every print job or after 10 minutes!!! I went on the internet and this is a common problem with it. Even with a direct usb connection it goes off line! Other then that it is very good.

Loses WiFi connection to network have to reset each time I print. Loses WiFi connection to network have to reset each time I print. My printer is right next to router modem etc. Tried everything its a shame because I was a HP user for many years and thought my 5 years old was bad when it stopped connecting with the network. Brother MFC-J775DW had this connecting problem from the first day. FYI HP if I got a drop it would automatically connect did it only once and it remembered. Brother just stole my money and I will be suing... read more

Sucks Tried 2 neither workec
INK GETS CLOGGED Material printed out one day and the next day papers came out with nothing on them when I sent material from my computer. Had to call for tech support because nothing worked. Then went through a long process to clean/correct the clogged ink source. A lot of time wasted trying to address this problem when I was very busy working on a deadline. Only worked for 10 months with minimal use We bought this printer in April of 2018. It has worked great with little to no issues. We dont use it often, I would estimate once or twice a week. We went to use the printer tonight, 10 months after receiving it, and it will not power on. We contacted amazon and it isnt covered under any sort of warranty at this point.
