Reliable and Easy to Use! This all-in-one printer completely surpasses any that I've previously owned (HP, Samsung, Cannon, etc.) in both ease of use and reliability. It was simple to set up and connect to my network. While the software isn't the most polished, it's usability and straightforwardness make up for any design issues you may have. Four Stars A little expensive, but got plenty of ink that should last awhile
is happy with it So far this printer has worked quite well. My wife had a bit of difficulty getting it up and running so it would synch with our wi fi and computers, but she finally got it working satisfactorily. It is not our main printer. We have a Brother laser black and white printer for that purpose. She wanted the 985 to be able to print color photos and, I think, is happy with it.
The Perfect Printer The printer works perfect. Insanely inexpensive. I print 50 page double side color bulletins every week. Its completed a ream of paper with out one jam or error.
Good choice if ink cost primary driver Easy set up, used it for a week when network interface card went out (would print over wifi, but not locally). Amazon service excellent, sent new printer that arrived within a few days. Printer is slow and has no option for faster, lower quality printing, but other than that I'm happy with it. Graphics could be better, but you don't buy this machine for its outstanding print quality. Normal print quality very good.
