Five Stars Love It!!! Works great and really good ink use :)
Very happy with this purchase. What a great little printer! Colors are excellent. Copies great, scans great. I had to set it up twice for some reason. I installed it on 3 laptops to work wireless. Because of the additional software (PaperPort) it took a long time to install, so I didn't like having to do it over again. Have no idea why it didn't take the first time. But it's working now and I love it. This model came with additional ink cartridges, so I'm set for what they say is 2 years.
easy setup, scans beautifully I have only had this printer set up for a few hours, but after struggling with an HP all-in-one for 7 years this printer is heaven. It's fast, easy setup, scans beautifully, PHOTO print quality isn't like the HP (but I spent a FORTUNE on cartridges for that thing!) and does leave something to be desired, but I'm willing to put up with that for economy's sake. All in all, a nice printer.
Five Stars So far so good. I print on glossy photo paper and basically print X-rays. Good resolution and easy setup

Nice printer, marred by unimpressive software The printer is compact and appears to be well-made. My criticisms of the actual printer are that it doesn't have a removable power cord and the connections for the telephone lines are separated from the USB / Ethernet connections. Why not put them all in the same place, at the back of the printer? These are relatively minor complaints. I would have given this printer 5 stars, but I didn't because of the software. it is not very sturdy and is made of cheaper plastic Several features I miss from our old printer: it is not very sturdy and is made of cheaper plastic. The paper drawer doesn't hold a lot. It does run well and prints well. My fear is that it won't last very long, and we had our other one for over 6 years. For someone who just needs a printer now and then it is OK.
They set up quite easily and connect wirelessly with no problem I have purchased two of these printers. They set up quite easily and connect wirelessly with no problem. The wireless aspect is particularly useful in our office. All computers work flawlessly with the printers and the quality of print is excellent as well. If I have one small complaint, it is that I would wish for a larger capacity paper cassette. Aside from that, I am very pleased with these printers.
Impressive I am impressed! Received today, set up and working. Print is every bit as good as my HP, and quieter.
