Touch Screen Issues The touch screen stopped working after a couple of weeks. Makes it impossible to use.
Fax machine doesn’t work properly I am disappointed with purchase and the instruction given. Also the support system didn’t help as well. I am still having trouble connecting my fax. When someone calls my landline the fax answers and they can’t leave a message. I have to turn off copier so I can receive calls. I have tried calling multiple times but no solution. They direct me to contact phone service and they turn me over to brother.
Last Brother printer I’ll ever buy Horrible print quality; pages always look dirty with ink powder all over them. Deliberately bought a black ink only printer instead of color because I’d read that it was much better for people that print infrequently… and it’s the worst printer I’ve ever owned. I’m also having trouble signing in to get the firmware update. Total train wreck!
Loosing It The printer has a default setting for 2 sided printing I've tried to change it to single side and it keeps going back to 2 sided
Pc fax receive is worthless, customer servece is n Pc fax receive is worthless, customer servece is nonexistent.
Quality printing, rarely connects Frustrating connectivity issues and a terrible UI have put me off of Brother products going forward.
