you asked! seems fine in all respects BUT it decided not to work when we were our busiest.
Very Slow, Substitutes a Poorly Spaced Font The printer substitutes a printer font irregularly for those of pdf and Nisus documents. Letters overlap and space opens up in the middle of words. It prints lightly and very slowly. I can not print documents that are acceptable. Other printers can print the same pdfs. I will landfill the printer (less than two months after purchase) as selling it would be unethical.
Don't Get Taken This is not a duplex as it will not print pdfs on borh sides of the paper. I phoned your customer service / support folks who verified. PDF IF THE INDUSTRY STANDARD
Administrative Assistant I just purchased this product and there is a line down my copies and scanned documents. I guess I have to buy a new drum already.....very dissapointed.
