Bad print quality I purchased this printer because my old one was giving me trouble in terms of quality of print. The print was smearing to the point that letters were being returned undeliverable. Also, I could no longer print envelopes because the return address would be smeared across the top of the envelope. Jams Does not feed docs well often feeds double sheets at a time
