    Auto Document Feed stopped working Auto Document Feed stopped working after 13 months. Warranty is only good for 12 months. Otherwise printer is great.

    ALMOST AS BAD AS THE ONE WE REPLACED! IT'S INVORRECTLY MAKING COPIES. THE PAPER CATCHES. WE HAVE TO KEEP REBOOTING.

    Bad copies (black line) I have bought the same printer three times, and I have returned it 2 times, and I have to do it one more time. since I have problems in the scanner and printer, I get copies with a black line

    Problem w/touch screen with long nails The product itself is great; however, I have long nails and the touch screen is a disaster, I have to redo the fax numbers over and over. I would not recommend this for a woman with somewhat long nails

    BROTHER MFC WiFi & Jam Issues Recently purchased, WiFi keeps going down, and the paper jams up and it will cancel my print jobs out of the blue. Frustrating as a business owner.

    Always off network Beyond disappointed with Brothers products! 2nd printer in a year. Always off network, IT IS HORRIBLE!!! They can’t speak English or understand. Their connection is horrible. Printer jams often!

    Blurred printing on documents over 15 pages I called about this blurred printing problem and was told Brother would send replacement. Later Brother refused to send printer. For my accounting business I have 3 brother printers. 2 are not working correctly. The 3rd one works perfectly. In the future I'm going to buy a different printer brand.

    Great machine for 2 1/2 years This Brother did everything we needed it to do and it was fast. The only issue I had was it did not scan to email in a PDF format. A few weeks ago it started paper jamming and the paper would stop right when the paper entered the fuser. I called Brother and we went through the machine and could not find any problem in the paper path. Only lasted 2 1/2 years with light to moderate use.
