My experience with Michelle could not have gone better. My situation was unique in the sense that there were some hurdles to negotiate on a limited time frame and Michelle was incredible in getting these accomplished. Michelle was helpful throughout the process. She was especially good in explaining things to me as a first time buyer. She was able to close on my house in less than a month. The only negative aspect was my loan changed servicing companies twice within the first few months of closing.
We just closed on our home two weeks ago with Diversified Mortgage Group. Michelle is a great mortgage broker/owner with an experienced background in the industry. The entire team at Diversified worked together to make sure the entire lending process on our new home was as smooth and efficient as possible all the way from our initial application to the closing table. Michelle took it personally upon herself to get me the funding I needed, due to an issue with a credit report we were unable to get conventional funding, she found a temporary lender to get our family in the house. She then work the issue's out with the credit bureau herself and I was finally able to finalize on my mortgage three months later. Her commitment and personal responsibility to her clients is worth being a part of and you will be glad you chose her.
Michelle and her team kept us from loosing our dream home. We had made an offer on the home of our dreams but had a huge hang up with our funding because of someone, at a bank, convincing us to use them instead of Diversified. We loved working with Michelle! She was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She gave us detailed examples of all of our options, helped us pick the best one and understand everything we needed to know.
