I just finished my second refi in 11 months with Susan. She and the entire company have always provided us with superior customer service. Susan is experienced extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person who is a pleasure to work with. Mr. Reid was very committed to the process and made the whole home buying less stressful.
