If you want concierge service than Stephanie is the one of you!!! She literally stuck by us for six months. As you know buying your first home or refi is not like it was 5 or 10 years ago so get ready for the long haul BUT have Stephanie on your side. I worked with Matt Silverman over a months time ironing out the details for my first home purchase (multi-family), and the process couldn't have gone smoother. Yes, there is a ton of paperwork, and back and forth trips to the fax machine, but that is par for the course, and should be expected no matter what.
