Upon arrival I was told that the service advisor was busy and 3 hours later I had to ask a it the status of my vehicle
They made my car leak oil. It was on my driveway. I told the manager I wanted my car towed, rental car and $100.00 for my inconvenience. They did not toe my car, they did give me a rental car and I never received my $100.00. I would never recommend them!!!

Had appt at 8 and at 11 nothing was even done but was not informed until I looked for service tech and was told then that nothing had even been started.
They kept gaslighting me saying nothing was wrong with my transmission although I kept getting the warning on my dashboard they assured me it was an old alert that needed cleared. So they cleared it, it continued to come back. I took it to another location and turns out there's a valve that needs replaced amongst other things I bought my vehicle 3 weeks ago and have had it in my possession for maybe 5 days other than that it has been getting serviced and still is currently being serviced:

It shouldn't be incumbent upon the customer to conduct quality control on the service work performed by "trained professionals ". Failed to install a recall item correctly on steering wheel and a radiator cap from the overflow tank, and the battery connections. Add in that you will be told one thing and find out later that you were lied to. Customer contact was friendly and knowledgeable. However service that was paid for was not performed. Simple things like Fluids topped off and tire rotation were simply ignored. The prime reason, Nissan Rogue Transmission Recall, was addressed by swapping out a hose (as per manufacturer's guidelinesstill an issue). But after that part of the service, the lesser things of the package were justdropped. Late day service = lackadaisical service. I went back and had them complete what was paid for.
The whole process on purchasing the vehicle from this dealership was horrible! Always had to be the one to reach out to see what was needed and also to this day I haven't received an answer to my email that I sent a week ago inquiring about my car title.
After buying a vehicle they refused to fix any of the issues apparently because the contract was already signed. Out of the 3 vehicles i have purchased in the last few months this was the worst experience.
I went to this appointment for an oil leak in the engine. In addition to the fact that it was the third time I returned due a complain that I found in it, I want to note that I bought a new Nissan but my service advisor from the first moment was very negative in resolving my complain and in the end he did not solve what he promised.
