I asked for my last free oil change and was charged for some 15 point inspection service that I did not ask for, BUT the service rep took it upon himself to have this service done. Have no interest in returning to have anything done at this place.
This place is corrupt and completely dishonest. My car is 1 year and 5 months old and I bought it new. Last time they told me I needed a new tire for $212, for a tire that had a Little Rock in the grove. They said it was a nail. Then this time they said I needed a coolant flush (not recommended until 105,000, a brake flush (not recommended until 30,000) and an air filter (not recommended until 30,000). I am at 26,000. Dealership didn't washed my car even though it was included in the charges. No action taken even after raising it in feedback

I won't be returning to midway nissan
I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would take 2 hours. After 3 hours of hearing nothing I went to check the status of my car only to be told that they were behind. They hadn't even started my car. I went to the main dealer office to get help. At least with their help I was finally able to get my car back.
