I came in knowing what I wanted with a pre approval. They told me they needed to run their own credit check in order for me to get the car. A bunch of back and forth for no reason. When I finally leave with the car 2 hours later, there are two large slices/cracks in the front windshield on the passenger side. Took it back the following weekend and was told I'd need to drop the car off in the middle of the day on a week day. Nissan has always been the worst dealership and lives up to that still.

To my car in to get serviced. The following week after I just got my car serviced, while on my way to work, my 2021 Sentra breaks down on freeway. Just completely turned off and all dash lights came on. I look under the hood and can tells that the serpentine belt had busted off. Had it towed to the nearest Nissan dealer which was closed. The next day get a call and was told that the a pulley busted and also damaged the alternator so had to pay 1700 to get it fixed.
