Went there and they added another 2k to the carfax price then tax and registration. They said they added items to the car that the carfax already showed it had. Poor business and not trustworthy

Tpms they broke.. didn't refill window washing fluid. Service person was horrible. I had to debate with him for a tire rotation.

Went in for a battery replacement that I was told would be covered since I bought the car a few weeks ago but was then told it wouldn't be covered, and received a jacked up bill. My car was there, not running and I was stuck so they took advantage of the situation. Poor customer service and shady ethics.

techs are not knowledgeable enough to determine the root cause of the issue. no call backs from the service department. poor customer service and communication.

I will never go back to Midway they don't rotate the tires or do alinements. Also I left my car with them one weekend when I got it back my leather sit on the drivers side was rip. During that time my engine felted like it was dragging when I complaint about it when they give me back the car of of a sudden it was running normal again. I had to get a part replace on my passenger side they replace all wheels with the same part. It's been a nightmare to say the least. I was given no keys and no key fobs. It cost me $330 just to get keys and fobs so I could actually lock my truck and it just cost me $1000 for brakes and rotors. All the rotors were warped to me, had hit in the rear hit in the front, but I could not see it till afterwards and they charge me $3800 on a $9800 loan just for interest I would not ever buy another vehicle from these guys again

They let me leave then tried changing apr on me, good thing I was already approved through my own company. The mechanic did a " brake job" didn't clean any parts and spun warped rotors. So I had to do my own brake job a week after getting it. Good thing I did because the mechanics also cross threaded a stud, so that had to be replaced also after shearing the stud off doing the brake job. Do not trust any mechanic work this company has said they have done.

This was the first bad experience I had at Midway Nissan. The service rep spoke rudely to me and when I asked questions about some of the items on my service report, he said he would call me the next day to answer my questions. He never did.
