Hit me with a hidden shop fee I wasn't made aware of. Had to argue uncomfortably to take it off the bill. Engine light still on after my sensor change. Seems like service at this place is on a downhill.
The actual sales woman we worked with was VERY nice. But the whole ordeal was a long dragged out process that included us actually walking out and driving away after 4-5 hours of being told one thing by one person and another thing by another. All in all, we had contact with 6 people and wasted about 6 hours. Poor service. Leaked oil on my engine. Other issues
I reached out to this dealership because they had a car I was interested in, even though it was a 40 min. drive to get to the dealership from my location and I had to take off time from work to make the trip during the middle of the day. I confirmed with the Internet manager that the car was on the lot before I left to be sure that it was not a wasted trip, and I had an email confirmation of my appointment to see the car. Poor customer service and over priced. Will never return to location again.
We purchase nv2500 went in for first oil change state that we dont have oil change option witch we did say we want in finance room van has had many issues for new inquired van window makes loud noise and inside van light doesnt work also didnt even wash the van and remove ugly pink writing on windshield tech stated that it was to late to do so 6pm my appoint was made at 5:15 he also said he cant look at any of my concerns because it was to late
The service rider at midway Nissan is very unprofessional and is a lier. He will tell you one thing and once you show up the price goes from free to $280.00. Definitely going to another Nissan store. Will not be going back there at all.
